Grizinkalns fountain "Lutausis" character is a hero from children's fairy tale "Sprīdītis" - sculptor Martins Šmalcs, 20th century. Durin the renovation project of the park in the summer of 2015, the fountain, pool and also the sculpture Lutausis were restored.
